The Kona Community Hospital (KCH) Surgical Technology Program prepares students for meaningful careers as surgical technologists and important members of the operating room team.
Through classroom instruction, hands-on training and clinical learning, students build the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to support safe, high-quality surgical care. The program is designed for students who are ready to be challenged, grow their abilities and pursue a career that makes a direct difference for patients and surgical teams.
About the Program
The Surgical Technology Program prepares students to become entry-level surgical technologists. With a small class size and close faculty support, students receive focused instruction and practical experience in the essential responsibilities of the profession.
