Kohala Imaging Department

Kohala Hospital’s Imaging Department combines advanced digital imaging technology with the personal touch of a community hospital. It delivers full digital imaging equipment for accurate, efficient scans, fast turnaround with reports reaching a patient’s provider within 24 to 48 hours, and experienced technologists who make every visit smooth and stress free.

X-Ray Services

Convenient outpatient imaging services available in North Kohala and surrounding communities.

Appointments and walk-ins are available Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

To make an appointment call (808) 322-7914. All exams require a provider order prior to imaging.

Preparing for Your Visit

Bring your provider’s order and a photo ID when you arrive. Our staff will explain each step of your exam and ensure you’re comfortable throughout the process. Always tell your physician and technologist if you suspect you are pregnant. Special precautions must be taken with pregnant patients. Exposure to radiation during pregnancy may produce birth defects.
