West Hawaii Region cares for individuals with chronic conditions who are unable to live independently but don’t need constant intensive care. Our team provides supportive care and nursing supervision under medical direction 24 hours a day, alongside rehabilitation therapy designed to help patients return home or regain and retain as many functions of daily living as possible.
